1. 1. 1. 1. Call to order:  This is the first meeting of the board of review for 2025 and we will be in session for at least two hours.  Irene Salzmann as an elected member of the town board will be the Recording Official.  To start the meeting, we will recite the pledge of allegiance.
         2. Roll Call: Randall Stoltenberg, Carol Decker, Mark Fedora, Irene Salzmann, Carl Vaara and Justin Servin.
         3. Verification of public notice.
         4. Election of Chairperson.
         5. Election of Vice-Chairperson.
         6. Confirm that at least one person of the board has been trained and is certified to serve on the board of review.
         7. Confirm that the town has an ordinance for the confidentially of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law (ordinance 04-13-2010).
         8. Filing and summary of annual assessment report by the Assessor.
         9. Receive the assessment roll and sworn statement from the clerk (Assessor’s Affidavit).
         10. Examine the assessment roll and correct any errors and certify all corrections of error are made.
         11. Verify with the assessor that open book changes are included in the assessment roll.
         12. Allow taxpayers to examine assessment data.
         13. Consider waiver of 48 hour notice on intent to file an objection when there is good cause.
         14. Review notices of intent to file objections.
         15. Hear objections, if any and if proper notice/waiver given unless scheduled for another date.
         16. The board of review will deliberate on the testimony in open session.
         17. Either adjourn the board of review or recess to a later date.
