The Planning Commission of the Town of Kimball, Iron County, Wisconsin hereby provides written notice and agenda for a public meeting of the Planning Commission to be held on Tuesday October 8, 2024 at 6:15p.m. at the Kimball Community Center. The Planning Commission Chair, or designee has provided communication of this public meeting in at least three public places and the town website: www.kimballwi.gov
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

- Allow the construction of a 3,500 square foot accessory building in an R-1 (Residential) zoned District, located in part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ , Section 23, Township 46 North, Range 2 East, Town of Kimball (site address is 5309W Range View Drive). Michael & Lindsey Fontecchio, owners.

Note: Members of the Kimball Town Board and members of other public bodies may attend this meeting to gather information and participate in discussion. However, no official action will be taken by these bodies.
