The Planning Commission of the Town of Kimball, Iron County, Wisconsin hereby provides written notice and agenda for a public meeting of the Planning Commission to be held on Tuesday May 13, 2025 at 6:15p.m. at the Kimball Community Center.  The Planning Commission Chair, or designee has provided communication of this public meeting in at least three public places and the town website: www.kimballwi.gov

The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

Public Hearing: Rezone from an A-1 (Agriculture) District to an RR-1 (Recreation-Residential) District, Part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼, Lot 2 of CSM #644, Section 9, Township 46 North, Range 2 East, Town of Kimball, in accordance with the Asset Based Community Development Plan. Site address is TBD Kivi Tia Road.  Ronald Rhenlund, owner.
