Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission of the Town of Kimball, Iron County, Wisconsin hereby provides written notice and agenda for a public meeting of the Planning Commission to be held on Monday December 11, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kimball Community Center. The Planning Commission Chair, or designee has provided communication of this public meeting in at least three public places and the town website: kimballwi.gov 

The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

         6. Discuss and consider reaffirmation / reconsideration of NorthStar Projects Rezone request
         7. Discuss and consider request to rezone from RR-1 (Residential-Recreation) to C-1 (Commercial) a property described as Part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 5, Township 46 North, Range 2 East, Town of Kimball (site address is N Park Road) in accordance with the Asset Based Community Development Plan. Owner is Joshua Alexander

Note: Members of the Kimball Town Board and members of other public bodies may attend this meeting to gather information and participate in discussion. However, no official action will be taken by these bodies.
