Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission of the Town of Kimball, Iron County, Wisconsin hereby provides written notice and agenda for a public meeting of the Planning Commission to be held on Monday June 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Kimball Community Center.  The Planning Commission Chair, or designee has provided communication of this public meeting in at least three public places and the town website: www.kimballwi.gov

The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

2. Certification of Compliance with Public Notice Requirements
3. Approval of the Minutes from October 7, 2025
4. Public Comment (5 Minute Limit)
5. Public Hearing: Rezone parcel 008-0621-0000 from an A-1 (Agriculture) District to an RR-3 (Rural-Residential) District, 10 acres of the 35 acres within parcel 008-0621-0000, Corner of County Road D and Range View Drive. Section 22. T46N, R2E. to be split by survey map.  Richard and Jill Tilton, owners.

8. Discussion, then decision by the Planning Commission

Note: Members of the Kimball Town Board and members of other public bodies may attend this meeting to gather information and participate in discussion.  However, no official action will be taken by these bodies.
